I was contacted by the Staffing Agency and interviewed. After the initial interview, I was invited to lunch over two consecutive weeks where the Owner interviewed me doing situational propositions. Finally, I was invited to the facility and interviewed by the Controller and Owner. The offer finally came after another week and an additional on-site interview.
