The interview process was challenging but a great look into how seriously they take choosing the right candidate. I gave a 369 presentation and the feedback was thorough. The interviewers and company maintained great communication throughout the interview process.

The first round was with a senior level employee, who described in detail the nature of the work. They were professional and provided good insights about the role, the company, and opportunities for growth. This interview was exactly as expected and was a positive experience. The second round was scheduled fairly promptly. Second round: These interviewers demonstrated a marked lack of interest in the interview, their own jobs, and the agency. They seemed unprepared to discuss the role as they were unable to answer several questions, and they did not do much to make the opportunity seem like an attractive choice. To the agency: Please vet your interviewers and make sure they are prepared with information about the role as well as the logistics of conducting an interview. It may be advisable to have a seasoned employee or HR representative present to guide the call.
