I met with the hr and store manager, very unprofessional, they were on cell phones a lot of the interview, asked questions the other asked, they had no set interview questions, they just ask you about your past work, show you the store and call you back with an offer if they like you,

manager and the words had interview with me which they asked many questions which were a range of competency and other relevant questions with a few motivational questions as well
