General conversation on where I am with my career, why joining the company, etc. I had a long notice in prev job hence didn't consider me as they were in a hurry.

Being the first, introductory call, I was asked how long I've been in the industry and specifically for how long I was using the tech stack of their interest

Entretien
Initial conversation with their recruiter only. They acknowledged I was a good candidate (many years experience in required tech, etc) but they also probably had a long pile of CV of people with shorter notice period, so they cut the recruitment process shortly thereafter.
They managed to get my first name constantly wrong in email comms, which didn't show much people care.
