When I was interviewing I was interviewed by two people. The senior interior designer and the interior designer. The senior interior designer was very polite and attentive, however when I interviewed with the interior designer he was on his phone and paid little to no attention to the answers to my questions. He didn’t give me a honest chance and when he did actually look at me I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
