Two rounds of interviews for an internship that *may* lead into a full time offer in the upcoming fiscal period. Interviewers thoroughly analyze your resume and want to hear about your work experience in depth. They're looking for someone who has experience in building full business cases and has experience presenting project proposals in front of multiple stakeholders (MBA doesn't really count). Took about >3 weeks to get an automated rejection after that.
