Skype interview with 2 different managers about a day apart from eachother. Both interviews were fairly relaxed but still put lots of emphasis of the project's importance. The interviewers did a good job of testing "soft skills" and communication. I am quick my feet and had an intelligent conversation, I think the team appreciated that. I was one of the more knowledgeable BA's in my region from the start. Seattle region was also one of the biggest target markets.
