      The interview process was completely OK and smooth, even fast. Two stages, one with recruiter and one with perhaps hiring manager, both went well, polite and kind, even meaningful. The really disappointing moment came the very next day, consisting of a template rejection email , while there was a promise for feedback even in case of a negative outcome in the next two weeks. It is really devastating then to receive only a basic template, way before the promised time, without even a hint of a personal touch.

      The interview itself with the HR and with the hiring manager after were good and professional but the mass started after that. On the next week after the interview with the hiring manager I was reached out from the HR that the hiring manager had positive feedback after the interview but he is on vacation until Wednesday and after that he has to interview 2 more candidates so by the end of the week they will probably have a decision. That sound okay and I thanked her for the feedback. Then it was already Friday so I decided to reach out to the HR to ask for an update. She was usually very fast at replying but this time it took her couple hours and she came up with this: “We apologize for the delay but due to internal performance reviews there is a delay”. Otherwise we liked you it is just going to take more time”. I was disappointed but still there was hope. Then 5 more days later she called me and congratulate me that in Bulgaria they approved me and they just need to have approval from USA but it is just a formal process that will take a week. She even mentioned the start date. That really sound like “You are approved, just a final step”. And then 5 days later she called and told me that the position was filled internally by someone who was on contract for 6 months, so they can offer me only a contract for 6 months which is another free position on their website for which I haven’t applied and for which they don’t have many candidates. This was the most unprofessional interview process in my life and the tricks they used were simply lies. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this company (at least the Bulgaria office) and don’t want to work in such an unprofessional place.

We regret if the discussion of a potential start date created the impression that things were progressing, and we understand how disappointing the subsequent outcome must have felt.
