I had a disappointing interview arrangement experience. I was given a confirmed time and even adjusted my schedule to arrive earlier upon request. However, there were last-minute changes and delays before the interview started, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Due to this poor coordination and lack of respect for time, I decided to cancel the interview. I hope better planning and communication can be improved in future hiring processes.
