I applied on their web site and got a call a few hours after. Next day I had an interview over the phone and after we were done they sent me a link to add my references. Once it was done I went to a second interview in person. I got a job offer within two days after.
Both interviews were very simple and had basic questions.

Very thorough and great people! All questions were answered and quick turn around for a decision. I really enjoyed getting to know the practice and the approach they take. If circumstances were different I feel I would have loved working there and would have succeeded. Seems they like to encourage and uplift their staff

Very kind and professional.They were very knowledgeable. Clean environment.
They are employees that have been with the company a long time. They just ask you about yourself and tell you about the company and benefits along with what a day today would be like.
