I sat down with the hiring manager and we discussed the role, how I would be getting there as I don't drive, my past experience etc. Very simple interview, I was invited back for a trial shift afterwards.
Informal. Asked usual customer service questions. Lasted about 30 minutes and included a tour of the hotel. Manager was friendly and made the interview feel more like a conversation than an interview

It was pretty easy and straightforward. I was offered to do a trial shift later on the day of my interview. Communication was great from the management and the team was welcoming. Overall my experience was fantastic!
