Went through two phone interviews, and was invited to interview and tour at their Charlotte office. Was interviewed by a panel and then completed an excel proficiency test. The interview was casual and conversational and involved walking through your resume.

2 hour interview, interviewed with 2 people for 45 minutes, and then 2 other people for another 45 minutes. Followed by a 30 minute networking event. Questions were your typical interview questions. Be prepared to answer questions about your resume and what your past positions were like/how they prepared you for this position.
