First phone interview was with HR person and lasted roughly 30 mins. He then passed along my info to the hiring manager who then had a phone interview with me (since this is a remote position everything was done via phone) which lasted about 45 mins. As always I follow up the end of the interview by asking what the next steps are. Hiring manager said he had a few more interviews and would get back to me within a week. Never heard anything after two weeks and I emailed the HR person and he said he hasn't heard anything either. At this point I am no longer interested in the position since they can't seem to wrap up the process or at least tell someone they aren't interested.
