Applied on website. Got a call for interview. Met district mgr at local restaurant. Very relaxed, pleasant interview. 2 hour. He made me feel very comfortable. But the actual job discription wasn’t clearly made. Shouldn’t be called a manager position because there is no management responsibility.

I applied online and after a couple of days received a phone call telling me all about the company. I met the Regional Manager the next day for my interview. I was told more about the company and a brief job description. I received a call later the same day with a job offer.

Hiring process was fairly easy and laid back. Interview was held in a local Wal-mart and wasn't difficult at all. Got a call back with job offer a few days later.
