The interview was more informal, as it was a phone interview. This helped myself to be more relaxed and to focus more on the conversation and questions that might be asked. I was interviewed maybe 2 or 3 times by the same guy - who ended up being my supervisor. He was concerned with finding an intern who was both competent and a great fit for the team. So, being myself over the phone helped a lot; as later on in the internship I found that I naturally worked well with the guys and there was some cohesion.
