Went through a Temp Agency so there we no interview.I went through a staffi,g agency. I only had to show up for the orientation,and was able to start working.right away. The orientation wet fast , but they are really serious about glasses for safety and you willing be allowed in the building without them. The plant is large so the walk through tool awhile.they show you all the things you need to know.
