I was referred for the position. I did approximately five interviews and made it to the final round of interviews. I was told after the interviews that I would be hearing back within 2-3 business days. I never heard back and wrote to HR multiple times. After a month, I finally heard back and received a generic email that said I was denied. It was extremely unprofessional and rude that I was ghosted for weeks on end after completing all the rounds of the interview. I will not be applying for anymore positions at this company.

Entretien
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the same day. I had a phone call with the recruiter and several hours later was offered to schedule the next interview with a project manager. I felt that there was a discrepancy with what the recruiter told me about the job versus the second interview. I was initially told they typically hire college grads for this role but was then told they were looking for someone with experience in pharmaceuticals. Average interview questions, nothing too difficult.
