4 hour interview process that began with a tour of some of the plant. P&W is huge so this was a very small portion of the plant. After a small lunch with the other candidates, a 2 hour interview process with 4 interviewers went on. The interviewers were enthusiastic and easy to talk to. Not intimidating at all but strongly wanted to get to know the candidate. Each interviewer asked 2 formal questions that were written down before they spent they balance of time having a more personal conversation. I felt confident throughout the process and was offered a job the next morning.

15 minute on campus casual discussion. On-site interview 1 month later in CT. On-site included 3 formal interviews and a lunch interview with current program engineers. Never responded to emails or calls to ask for status or an answer.
