The interview was with the Director. It was in a relaxed setting. The Director provided positive information, answered my questions and shared her passion for the program and her current staff.
I was given a small tour of the facility and introduced to several of the employees.

Q: What was one thing that they asked you?
If I had concerns about being able to work with the clients who came from multiple backgrounds, ethnicities and genders.
