I had to fill an online form with cover letter. Then they called me for personal interview, written test, case study and presentation. In the personal interview they asked me about all the questions i had about the organisation, growth potential, travel. it was encouraging. place is very clean.

Interview process involved filling a detailed document. It took more than three hours to be completed. One had to answer questions on personal aspirations, likes, dislikes, your suitability for the job, as well as write detailed plan and strategy of program implementation and management for the three case studies mentioned in the document. A small 3 minute presentation was also asked to be prepared. Thereafter, followed two interviews. Most of the questions were to understand the past work done by the person as well as the future goals.
