It was off an initial phone call where i spoke to someone about the job, what it would entail and why I was interested in the role. They asked questions which I think was to understand how I would handle certain situations if I was successful. Overall a good process.

Phone call interview and choose the shift pattern you like, it has been said that was the first section. If the candidate success, there would be another interview. It takes about 45 minutes to finish all the questions.
