The interview process here might be the worst I’ve ever seen. Generally gives more of an idea fishing vibe over general interest, initial stages labeled “phone interview” had the interviewers video in catching me off guard right from the start. They ask for free work demonstrations in environments that would never take place and then leaving you feel not good enough. 10/10 on skip this place
