After a screening interview and being told that they were very interested in me as a candidate, it took 5 weeks to schedule an in-person interview. HR person kept dodging me and it felt like I had to force this interview after the feigned positivity. Upon the interview actually transpiring, things only became stranger. I was asked some very broad questions and when I tried to get some clarification, I was only stared at blankly. Additionally, when I asked questions about the industry, contempt and hostility were shown towards competitors. Pretty glad this didn't actually go anywhere. I hadn't heard of PowerCo before this interview and I don't imagine I will hear very much of them in the future.
