i applied online on the website, then within 2 days had a rely for a intial call with the head of the department, was a 30 min call - with introduction and general questions with some private rapport builders, after that the next week had a panel interview with the head of deaprtment and the team, this interview was a technical round where i had to prepare a presentaion of one of the projects that i lead and how did it went after that was some questions asked from the presentation then was some general compitence based questions with hypothetical questions was all in all good and easy going.
