I was called by one of the owners and asked if I would consider leaving my current employer and when I said yes, he then asked a few qualifying questions i.e. how long I had been there, what did I like about my current position, why would I leave, etc. We then set up a time to meet and did a basic behavioral interview and then i met with the entire management team and we dove more into how I work, how I find candidates, what i consider a recruiters role and responsibilities are, etc.
