Multiple round interview. First interview with HR and second was a site visit on location, touring a site in the practice group of interest. Talked to a PM, another project engineer, and a couple people from upper management during the whole process.

Very well run. Loved talking with the company. Employers kept the interview very engaging. Was impressed with everything they had to say and how they presented themselves. Nothing but good things to say.
Did a phone interview before coming in person, straightforward process but it took a bit longer than usual. They did not tell me about drug testing until two days before my start date which messed with my schedule
