It was very streamlined. My communication with all the members of Povio's core team was one of the nicest I've had the pleasure to come accross. They were understanding, insightful and accomodating in every way posible (one of the reasons why I decided to accept the offer). The process was a bit long (special case due to relocation) but overall pleasent. I spoke to the recruiter firstly then the to the people manager. Both took about and hour. After which I was given a take away task and given ample time to complete. After which I notifed the company and sent in my assignment. I get a response rather quickly (so no fafing about). After this I had a two hour long technical interview with one of their leads and again was promptly notifed by the company about the next steps. Overall I really had a pleasent experience with all the staff at Povio. 10/10

The whole process was very smooth. First they gave me a task to build a small project to show my skills related to the role. After that, I was invited to a screening interview, which I really enjoyed. Questions they asked were practical and related to the role.
