Sent a CV and they got back to me really quickly offering me an interview. Made me feel very comfortable despite there being 3 people interviewing me at the same time. Asked all the obvious questions and about myself but focused on my abilities and skills rather than what I couldn't do. Very positive and they later that day asked me to return for a second interview.
