They were extremely communicative throughout the process. They never ghosted me and let me know every step of the way. There was a phone interview, then two Zoom interviews the month after. The final step was a writing assessment. The interview questions were manageable, and they were extremely kind during the interviews. I unfortunately did not get the job but who knows, someone just might have had more experience than me, I never felt the interviews were too crazy.
