It took around 3 weeks to schedule a first round of technical interview.
Was asked basic fundamental questions along with the details of the past projects.
Was rejected even by answering 95% of the questions correctly, which clearly looks like they were not in a mood to hire at that time.
I tried reaching them on email & phone 3-4 times to get the feedback, but no reply at all.
They will even intentionally disconnect your phone.
I really had passion and interest in working there as I believe in the product, but it seems like their recruitment process is kind of poor & completely broken.
A note to the company: Taking interview is an art & it needs a lot of serious ness to evaluate
a candidate. You should not be in a mood during the process. And asking right questions is
the key to everything. Founders should move their focus a little to the recruitment process,
specially the screening part.
A note to the candidates : Don't waste your time in applying there. Be sure they are serious in hiring, or you will feel sad when they reject you even performing excellent in the interview.
Also remember, getting rejected in an interview does not tell that you are stupid or do
not know anything about your job or role. It is just that company which is hiring is in a mood
or they want someone who can work with less compensation.

Take home programming assignment
Code review via zoom
Onsite - 3 sessions:
- Programming - add feature to coding assignment
- System design - whiteboard
- Behavioral interview with head of engineering
Allowed to use AI for all programming, plenty of time to ask questions.
The interview consisted of a recruiter screen, a hiring manager intro, and a full loop (Coding, System Design, and Cross-Functional). The interviewers were professional and asked highly relevant, practical questions.
Since this was my first full loop in a while, I struggled with the pacing and didn't manage my time effectively. My advice for the System Design round: don't spend too much time on the high-level overview. Dive into the low-level design early to ensure you cover the technical specifics.

A recruiter sent me an e-mail to schedule a call but they mention two different links for scheduling. They interview you. And you basically never get a response, despite attempting to get one.
