I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn who outlined the job and prescreened me, he was wonderful! After moving through the first step I had two interviews with upper level team members, both were so warm and I could tell they had passion for Postclick (as well as being super smart!) My final interview was with SVP of Professional Services, he was an industry leader and I new immediately he was someone I wanted to work for. The last task was to create a deck and present to the professional services team based on a client scenario.
