Waste of time. Had planned for an interview 1-2 weeks in advance and when I showed up they had already hired someone. No communication or updates at all. When I got there the hiring manager had said “I knew there was an interview Tuesday” and had failed to update me. Just a simple text or call would have sufficed. Threw off my whole day and work week.
