The process was fairly easy. I had an initial phone screen following a referral from within the company. This was followed by a video interview after which I received a generous offer.

It consisted of a virtual 1:1 interview followed up with a client matching process. Recruiter was warm, empathizing and engaged. I did not accept the part-time offer as I was offered full-time employment elsewhere.
