1 interview with the hiring manager, 1 panel interview with current CS team members, 1 interview with the VP of CS, 1 interview with the VP of Sales Ops, 1 interview with a C-Suite representative

Pretty standard, recruiter screen then hiring manager then peer interviews. I dropped out after peer round because no one could clearly explain what their product did and several said they felt under qualified for the role they did and it was harder than expected . One of the interviews felt hostile as well, not sure if they just didn’t like me or it was their style but after 3 rounds I felt it was not a good fit.
