Applied online. Eventually I was reached out to, to set up a 30 minute phone screen. After completing the phone screen I was then invited to come onsite for a 2 hour in person interview. The day of my interview companies started to announce that they’d be working from home until further notice due to COVID. A few hours before my interview I get a call asking if I could possibly do a zoom interview. I was able to set up a zoom account, completed the interview and felt great about it! The last part of the hiring process was to complete a spot the fraud test that needed to be completed within the next hour immediately following my interview. I completed the test. A few days later received a vague email saying that they couldn’t move forward with my application and that it has nothing to do with me or anything specific to my interview process but a hiring freeze has started, and that as soon Poshmark is able to bring on people for additional meetings or next steps that I would be the first person that would be reached out to. Since then no contact has been made, but job postings posted ect.
