I interviewed for the APM position in the growth team. It took 2 weeks to schedule the call with the recruiter. Then just 30 mins before the interview, he rescheduled the call. After so much back and forth, finally I had the call after about 5 weeks from the first time the recruiter reached out. The call went well and he said I have been selected for the next round, which will be slightly technical. I waited for him to schedule the call, reached out a couple of times but no response. I also reached out to the manager of the team but got no response. Very unprofessional and the team shows no respect for candidate's time and effort.
