The interview itself was great and they told me I'd be a great fit for the position. After, however, they completely ghosted. I followed up several times and didn't get anything back from them. Completely unprofessional and a red flag for the organization. Especially in a niche like STR where I will probably interact with them again in the future. Bad business practices.
