A lot of meeting random people in the job considering you mostly had to work solo. Got to third stage only to be told I don’t have the skill set. Complete waste of time

There are 3 interviews in total. The people are nice and the level of the questions grows within the interview stage. The last stage is an interview with the clients (the property management company)

First interview with the recruitment agency over the phone, and the second one with the Manager face to face.
The process is quite easy and the Manager was friendly and professional. I asked a lot of questions and he was straightforward.
