Got an initial phone screen which lasted about 20-30 minutes. Basic questions, nothing too difficult. A few days later we scheduled time for me to come into the office for an in-person interview. Met with three different people. Offer was extended two days later.

Initial phone interview was as far as I got. It was a great call, interviewer asked good questions and was well informed/clear about the roll. I believe there is a second part interview following the initial screening.

I had an initial phone screen which lasted 30 minutes. Nice HR person, very friendly. Basic questions about my background and experience. After that we scheduled online interview with 2 managers. Again there were questions about my background and typical questions like "What are your strengths and weaknessess?" They promised me the answer one week later but I didn't receive anything. So I followed up with HR and later I received an automated reply that my application wasn't successful as they had decided to progress with a candidate with more years of experience. It was very confusing because during interview I was told that I might have too much experience for this entry-level role. Therefore I contacted the HR for more relevant feedback. I was promised individual feedback as soon as possible but I never received it. Very bad communication which is quite ironic because Poppulo claims to help companies to improve their internal communication.
