Met in restaurant lobby, standard/ professional attire was required, grueling conversation filled with the history of Popeye's. Took no longer thirty to forty five minutes. Manager was well poised and polite, carry himself like that while I held the position. Really stand-up guy.

The manager explained the job expectations clearly and assessed my willingness to learn. The whole interview lasted about 15–20 minutes, and I heard back within a few days.
