Followed by very inclusive phone/video interview with Director
Finally, invitation to visit corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA where I was interviewed by 5 different people from 5 different departments

Most questions during the live interview were the situational type of questions. IE describe a time when you had to manage conflict, what was the situation, what steps did you take/how did you handle it and what was the outcome
