J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Polaris (Minneapolis, MN) en oct. 2016
Entretien
I started with an on-campus interview, followed by an on-site interview. The on-site interviews consist of six half hour interviews with different team members. They were formal interviews, but they were not uncomfortable. After three months of not hearing back, I received a phone call with a job offer. I informed them I accepted another position. The next day, I received an email saying I didn't get the job. I'm happy I am not working for them.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Polaris (Medina, MN) en oct. 2016
Entretien
My candidate experience at Polaris was absolutely terrible. I was not informed of my onsite interview schedule until 24 hours before the interview. The interview day was very long and pretty unorganized. It required me to meet with 7 people back to back with no break. It felt uncomfortable and chaotic. At the end of the interview day, they promised that all candidates would receive closure on whether they received an offer or not. I never received any communication after I left the building. I also emailed them to receive feedback and got no response. I then began to search for jobs again on sites and found that they had posted the position again and were looking for new candidates. This was very frustrating as I had never heard if I got the job or not. Interviewing with Polaris was a very negative experience.
