The interview process is divided into two parts: the initial HR interview and the final interview. The initial interview with the HR personnel involves discussing your resume and the work experiences you've written there. If you pass the HR interview, you will then be scheduled for a final interview with the head of the department you're applying for. You will be gauged on whether or not you're a fit for the position. Afterwards, if you pass, you will be scheduled for a discussion of your Job Offer.
