A manager from the org reached out on LinkedIn offering a Senior position with a start up company. I was routed through 2 separate interviews with the GM and CEO. The third interview required a presentation of my 30/60/90 day plans, which meant nothing as they had their own agenda. Smiles dropped during the onboarding process should have been a red flag. I had to circle back for the "Senior" title as the offered paperwork was just a manager. Turns out they've been in business for 20years.
