The hiring process overall was okay but without some structure. The hiring process looks like a mess. TA at the call was overloaded with calls with candidates, and sometimes there was a feeling that this was not a conversation but some point checking. The call with the Lead was interesting, with good questions. There is no final feedback. Obvious that this was a rejection, but they didn't send any email.
