Phone interview followed by modeling test.
Phone interview was good. When I arrived for the modeling test, first the HR person was late (I waited about 15 minutes). She took me to a computer in the middle of the floor, right next to a person that was talking on the phone next to me non-stop the whole time while I was taking the test. I finished the test. About 50% of the test has potentially relevant with what I do, the other 50% is completely irrelevant
I called up the recruiter to tell him that based on the overall experience, I wasn't interested in the opportunity anymore.

Entretien
First round screen with Bus Dev, and then model test- Model test was not too complicated, timed 45 minutes and all in excel. This is general test candidates take before resume is shown to PMs.
Interview process had multiple stages, but was fair. My project followed an in person interviews where I needed to talk through my findings and thought process. Overall, the experience was well done and the team was organized with communication being delivered throughout each milestone.

a few rounds phone interviews, plus a data project with 1-week time. It is mainly in python and you are supposed to discover some alphas. So it is helpful to have some idea on the data or the familiarity with the data itself (or similar data) could help.
