J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Point It (Seattle, WA) en oct. 2015

      Entretien

The interview process (thankfully) involved multiple touch points with many different people both remotely and in person. It started with an assessment that tested the foundational skills that one would have to have to be successful in the position. Once that was passed, I moved on to a fairly extensive interview process. But it wasn't overbearing. It allowed interaction on different days and times with many key people, including those I would be working together with on a daily basis. The final step was meeting with many team members in person to see how everyone felt about each other. Overall, I appreciated that the process was thorough and that one of their top priorities was to protect their company culture. It gave me confidence that future additions to the team will be a good fit (since they will have to go through the same process). I also appreciated the sense they gave me that this was a team decision and not one individual's decision. It showed that team members have an important voice in the process and ultimately the makeup of the team.

I could not have imagined a better interview experience. Point It has a very thorough interview process, but I was met with nothing but kindness through everything. The interview process started with a 30-minute call with HR/Recruiting. After that, there were several 30-min calls with VPs at the company, including a Skype call. Lastly, there were several 30-60 minute in-person interviews with VP, Director and Senior-Level employees at the company. Every single person I met with was incredibly professional and friendly. Each and every person was so warm and welcoming, it really helped me to feel comfortable during the interviews. I specifically remember waiting for my first interview to start, when several employees walked by me and stopped to say thank you for coming in and how glad they were to have me there. It was so unexpected and really started off my rounds of interviews on a great note. I was and still am so impressed by the entire process - from the kindness and support shown, to the level of professionalism exhibited. All of the interview questions were well thought out, and you could tell considerable thought went into each. They didn't ask your typical strengths/weakness questions that are bland and not representative of an individual. But rather, they asked situational, knowledge-based and character/work-ethic type questions where you are able to share your knowledge to show what type of person/worker you are. Perhaps this is why they have such a gifted and great team at work at Point It. I truly do not think I will ever have a better interview experience than I did at Point It. I started the process wanting to be a member of the team, and ended the process feeling like I had gained a new work family. Point It truly is a talented and special group!
