I applied for the position after being referred by a current Podium employee. Got an email to set up a phone screen with HR about a week after applying.
HR called me eight minutes late which is forgivable but the flow of conversation was just awkward. The interviewer asked generic out of the box questions, didn't give an opportunity for me to ask any questions, and finished the interview by asking me what my GPA was.
I've heard great things about Podium but if a 15-minute conversation with HR is any indication of what Podium is like, I have little desire to work there.

6 rounds of interviews, one was in person the rest over zoom. HR -> Analyst -> Manager -> Director -> VP -> CFO. Podium was great about communicating during the whole process and it moved very quickly (about two weeks from first interview to offer). All behavioral questions, nothing difficult.

Virtual interview with finance team lead. Only made it to first round. Was not too difficult. mostly experiential questions focused on technical expertise, process improvement etc. after that I do not know what to put

Phone Screening -> Senior Financial Analyst -> Finance Manager -> Director of Finance -> VP of Finance -> CFO. Behavioral questions nothing too difficult. HR struggled to provide clear timeline expectations and communication.
