3 part interview: -15 minute Telephone screen with recruiter, quite straightforward. General chat about your CV and experience and the role itself. -1 hour Culture interview with recruiter and one other - Quite a fun interview to assess whether you're the right fit for the company, I suppose. -30 minute Interview with potential line Managers Serious 30 minutes but Managers seemed supportive to help you get to the right answer if you were nearly there but not quite!

The interview process had three stages: a short phone interview, then a culture interview, then an interview specific to the role. It was the most relaxed interview process ever - the interviewers genuinely want to get to know you, not the professional 'front' people tend to put up when giving interviews.
