My position was interviewed in 3 phases. Starting from the first introduction to the company and the HR team and ending with a technical interview. I liked the professional approach to the interview. I did not do technical tasks, which I also liked very much because I think it is just a waste of time. The technical interview was also at a high level as they asked interesting and challenging questions.
